CBR Technology, originally founded as CBR Systems in 1988 in Southern California, was established by Christoph Riechert, one of the first Microsoft Certified Partners for Great Plains financial management solutions.
Over the past 35+ years, we have grown into a trusted provider of ERP and financial management systems, specializing in manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, and field service industries. From our headquarters in Huntington Beach, we continue to help organizations modernize operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions.

Our leadership team brings decades of experience in financial systems, ERP implementation, and business operations. With a hands-on, collaborative approach, we work closely with clients to navigate complex challenges and deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
Since 1988, we have remained committed to providing the same level of care, accountability, and long-term partnership we would expect ourselves—ensuring our clients are supported every step of the way.
Christoph has over 35 years of experience delivering enterprise business solutions for corporations across industries. For the past decade he has been focusing on Microsoft Business Applications with extensive experience in designing and architecting complex multi-tier solutions.
He obtained his Executive MBA degree from the University of Southern California in 1996. He has a passion for envisioning and creating strategy and translating it to manageable projects and execution for complex digital transformation.

With over 7 years of dedicated experience, Taylor excels in optimizing financial operations across diverse organizations. She specializes in training management and accounting teams to adopt best practices and innovative workflows.
Taylor earned her degree in Finance & Marketing in 2020 from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, she is a Microsoft Certified Associate as a functional consultant and has obtained a Business Central Certification from Microsoft.
Taylor / Sr. ERP Consultant
Julian has over a decade of experience implementing IT & networking solutions for businesses interested in expediting and expanding their digital transformation journey.
For the past 5 years he has been focusing on Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 solutions including Teams, Exchange, MS Phone System, D365 Business Central (ERP), D365 Sales (CRM), and Power Platform. He has extensive experience in provisioning and deploying Microsoft cloud solutions to scale.
Julian / IT Consultant
Francesca has over thirty years of experience in accounting and finance, showcasing her expertise in financial management. Her deep knowledge and practical experience make her a valuable asset to any financial team.
She obtained a finance degree from California State University, Fullerton in 2006, and has developed extensive skills in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and bookkeeping.

Connor brings over five years of experience in both direct and digital marketing, tailoring dynamic campaigns and strategies to a diverse range of business models and sizes.
Connor graduated cum laude from California State University Long Beach, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Graphic Design. His academia and practical expertise make him a valuable asset to any marketing initiative.
