With over 7 years of dedicated experience, Taylor excels in optimizing financial operations across diverse organizations. She specializes in training management and accounting teams to adopt best practices and innovative workflows, enhancing their operational efficiency.
Taylor earned her degree in Finance & Marketing in 2020 from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, she is a Microsoft Certified Associate as a functional consultant and has obtained a Business Central Certification from Microsoft.
Francesca / CFO
Francesca has over thirty years of experience in accounting and finance, showcasing her expertise in financial management. Her deep knowledge and practical experience make her a valuable asset to any financial team.
She obtained a finance degree from California State University, Fullerton in 2006, and has developed extensive skills in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and bookkeeping.
Niti / Development Manager
Niti is a Development Manager with over two years of experience in software development and analysis. She specializes in AL programming, Power BI, and API integration. Niti earned her Master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.
Niti collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, managing development lifecycles from conceptualization to deployment. Christoph / CEO & Sr. Systems Architect
Christoph has over 35 years of experience delivering enterprise business solutions for corporations across industries. For the past decade he has been focusing on Microsoft Business Applications with extensive experience in designing and architecting complex multi-tier solutions.
He obtained his Executive MBA degree from the University of Southern California in 1996. He has a passion for envisioning and creating strategy and translating it to manageable projects and execution for complex digital transformation.
Julian / IT Consultant
Julian has over a decade of experience implementing IT & networking solutions for businesses interested in expediting and expanding their digital transformation journey.

CBR Technology, originally known as CBR Systems, was established in 1988 in Southern California by Christoph Riechert, one of the first Microsoft Certified Partners for Great Plains financial management solutions.
