What to expect when implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

There are many ways to approach the implementation of a new financial management system (ERP),with some approaches that will work far better than others.   1. Analyze, Plan & Understand – The first step in the implementation process begins by conducting a thorough review of the business requirements and processes, to determine those aspects of the business that may need improvement and refinement. These business requirements are then mapped into an overall project plan that will drive the remainder of the implementation.​

  2. Design, Develop & Build – Using the project plan produced in step 1, the implementation team proceeds to construct a pilot system, which will be used to validate the business processes and system functionality specified in the project plan. Our services always include the data migration of existing data from legacy system to the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP platform.​

  3. Train, Test & Accept – Step 3 begins with the process of teaching new system users the best practices and procedures, to ensure the maximum benefits are attained. This is built on the pilot system utilizing the data that was migrated from the legacy system. Results from this process are reviewed and a sign-off is obtained, verifying that the work to date has been accepted.​
